Description
The grapes for the Limited Release Sauvignon Blanc come from different areas of the Napa Valley area. A large majority of the grapes come from the moderate growing conditions of Oak Knoll. This weather allows for consistent ripening of the grapes, giving more citrus flavors with brighter acidity. The rest of the grapes are harvested in the warmer growing conditions of Chiles Valley, which produces more flavors of tropical fruits and melon. This gives the blend a nice balance of tropical aromas and fuller structure.
