Description
We fermented the 2020 Limited Release Calistoga Tempranillo in stainless steel open top tanks, punched down regularly to keep the skins in contact with the fermenting juice. The grapes from this vineyard are dry farmed in the warm red soil hillside by the Arroyo family, the clusters were medium-large and very juicy but concentrated.
